Lead IT Systems Analyst – Finance & Accounting (ERP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Oak Brook, Illinois, with on-site support required in Romeoville and Oak Brook, IL. Occasional travel for implementations and initiatives may be required, along with evening or weekend work during month-end or year-end close.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead IT Finance production support, manage the finance ticket queue, and resolve complex functional issues in collaboration with development teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable M3 ERP configurations and oversee end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing.
• Optimize Hyperion, EDI, Esker, banking interfaces, and other integrated financial reporting and transaction platforms.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership on process re-engineering, financial restructuring, month-end efficiency, and Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Lead system implementations, financial data migrations, root-cause analysis, reconciliation, documentation, and SOX/audit controls.
• Manage stakeholders, executive communication, third-party vendors, and complex cross-departmental programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive IT systems analysis experience, including 5+ years working with functional ERP systems and Finance/Accounting functions.
• Extensive hands-on Hyperion experience and strategic ERP integration expertise; Infor M3 experience is not required.
• Experience with M&A-related financial system integration and data migration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, business analysis, and financial process expertise.
• Ability to lead requirements, design, testing, and deployment while communicating technical concepts to executive and business stakeholders.
• Ability to provide on-site support in Oak Brook and Romeoville, Illinois.
