Senior Manufacturing IT Analyst (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Farmers Branch, Texas, United States. Regular day shift hours.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite Manufacturing IT liaison for the Farmers Branch manufacturing site.
• Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Production, and Factory Automation teams to define system needs and resolve operational challenges.
• Support MES, SPC, Equipment Management systems, factory automation solutions, reporting tools, and custom manufacturing applications.
• Troubleshoot production-impacting application issues and coordinate resolution with IT teams, infrastructure engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Onboard manufacturing equipment and associated software through deployment, testing, validation, and operational readiness activities.
• Coordinate UAT, release validation, user training, knowledge transfer, post-deployment support, and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a Master’s degree, or a PhD without experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing systems, manufacturing applications, or manufacturing operations technology.
• Experience with MES, SPC, Equipment Management systems, factory automation platforms, manufacturing reporting, or production-critical applications.
• Experience with SQL, databases, reporting tools, application troubleshooting, system integrations, interfaces, and ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience working with manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, equipment, or factory automation teams.
• Ability to work onsite at the Farmers Branch manufacturing site during the regular day shift.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor wafer fabrication, assembly, test, advanced packaging, or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Applied Materials PROMIS, Applied Materials XSite, INFICON, camLine, or similar semiconductor manufacturing systems.
• Experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations, software implementations, upgrades, validation, and go-live activities.
• Knowledge of process qualifications, equipment lifecycle management, yield improvement, quality systems, and preventive maintenance.
