Systems Analyst - WMS

Salary: $82,000-$93,000 base (dependent on experience)

What you will do

• Coordinate IT-related changes with process owners, process experts, and key-users.
• Act as the sole system owner and subject matter expert for Blue Yonder WMS at the C2 Hub in Chicago.
• Lead troubleshooting to resolve WMS issues quickly and minimize impact to warehouse operations.
• Optimize WMS configurations, workflows, and system parameters to improve productivity, accuracy, and throughput.
• Manage the full lifecycle of system changes: requirements gathering, testing, user training, and deployment.
• Ensure synchronization between Blue Yonder WMS and upstream/downstream systems (including SAP ERP, TMS, and Custom Zone platforms).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT or systems-driven supply chain roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical and statistical reasoning skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, or Oracle), especially in logistics or supply chain modules.
• Understanding of ERP–TMS–WMS integration environments.
• Experience with data automation tools such as Power BI (or similar).
