Systems Analyst Solutions Architect (SAP)

Location: Remote within a 3-hour driving range of Schofield, Wisconsin; occasional travel to the Schofield campus is required.

Starting base salary: $144,462–$178,453 annually, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Design and define complex SAP and information-system solutions based on user needs, objectives, and technical constraints.
• Analyze root causes, troubleshoot complex program and process issues, and recommend new technologies, methodologies, and application platforms.
• Create technical design specifications, including use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, system models, and pseudocode.
• Develop solution documents, budgets, installation guides, troubleshooting guides, training materials, and documentation standards.
• Create detailed test plans, test solutions across multiple areas, and lead groups through testing and implementation.
• Provide functional guidance on large and extra-large projects while managing risk, scalability, and the SAP environment roadmap.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience and a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of programming concepts, methodologies, debugging, and complex process analysis.
• Experience with manufacturing processes integrated through an ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of SAP terminology, supported SAP application processes, and configuration.
• Ability to read and debug complex ABAP code.
• Must be located within a 3-hour driving range of Schofield, Wisconsin and able to travel to the campus for project work.
