Financial Reporting Supervisor

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end preparation of annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements for investment fund clients.
• Review financial statements prepared under IFRS, Luxembourg GAAP, US GAAP, and Irish GAAP.
• Communicate with clients and external auditors throughout the reporting cycle.
• Execute and oversee internal controls supporting compliance and operational quality.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of client deliverables.
• Lead and develop team members while promoting accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in audit, financial reporting, or a related finance discipline.
• Experience leading people or projects, or the capability to take on leadership responsibility.
• Strong organizational, analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Advanced attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and agreed timelines.
• Solid command of Excel, Word, and standard business tools.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
