Sr. Lead Partnership Operations Manager (Digital Assets)

Location: San Francisco, with a hybrid work model. Positions may also be located in Scottsdale, Chicago, or New York. Candidates must independently be eligible to work in the United States for any employer at the date of hire; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base pay: $129,000–$177,000 per year in Phoenix, AZ, or $154,000–$213,000 per year in San Francisco, CA, plus discretionary incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional partnership initiatives from planning through execution.
• Establish operating rhythms, governance frameworks, planning cycles, leadership reviews, and executive communications.
• Manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, Marketing, Finance, and Operations for launch readiness.
• Support onboarding and operational readiness for banking, fintech, payment network, and ecosystem partners.
• Analyze partnership metrics, drive continuous improvement, support strategic planning, and mentor project and program managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Program Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, partnership operations, product operations, business operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives in financial services, payments, fintech, or another regulated technology environment.
• Experience coordinating Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and executive leadership.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including experience creating presentations, dashboards, business reviews, and executive reports.
• U.S. work eligibility is required, and visa sponsorship is unavailable. Background and drug screening are required.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with cross-border payment platforms, international banking partnerships, emerging payment technologies, or digital asset-enabled payments.
• Familiarity with financial institution partnerships, payment networks, and global payments infrastructure.
• Experience supporting complex technology product launches or commercialization.
• Experience with Salesforce, TaskRay, Smartsheet, Planview, JIRA, Confluence, or similar enterprise program management tools.
