Sr Program Manager I - Implementation (Fintech)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for full-time employment.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

hirify.global provides a digital sales and service platform for U.S. banks and credit unions, integrating digital banking, onboarding, data, and marketing solutions as a SaaS fintech product.

What you will do

• Lead new-logo implementation programs from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and launch.
• Define and manage program scope, schedules, deliverables, budgets, KPIs, and financial performance across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate functional Project Managers and cross-functional teams across Product Development, Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Legal.
• Track progress, risks, Jira tickets, backlogs, configuration settings, gap items, scope changes, and customer-reported issues.
• Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and onboarding and mentoring for Project Managers and other team members.

Requirements

• Experience in the FinTech or SaaS industry leading projects related to digital banking.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, programs, and portfolios within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, ticket management, and backlog prioritization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and terminology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects and strategic process improvement initiatives.
