Technical Program Manager with Digital Assets

Location: Irving, TX, United States

Base salary: $130,000–$135,000 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional delivery of digital asset and platform initiatives.
• Manage program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across engineering pods.
• Coordinate vendor resourcing teams with engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders.
• Track risks, issues, and delivery status, and report progress to leadership.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience.
• Experience with blockchain, fintech, or large-scale platform programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
