Senior Program Manager, Transformation Office

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; onsite full-time

Salary: $137,400–$240,400 USD annual base pay, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-scale transformation programs comprising multiple projects and workstreams.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones from initiation through implementation.
• Drive strategic initiatives that expand critical business capabilities across Wealth Management and the broader enterprise.
• Align business, technology, data, operations, risk, and other cross-functional partners without direct reporting authority.
• Facilitate governance forums and prepare executive-level status updates, risk assessments, and decision materials.
• Track business outcomes and benefits realization while solving complex problems with scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of program or project management experience.
• Financial services experience is required; experience in complex, regulated environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with moderate to high risk and visibility.
• Strong program and project management expertise, analytical judgment, and understanding of strategic execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influence skills, with adaptability in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
