Sr. Engagement Lead, Asset Management Platform Innovation (AI)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $137,400–$240,400 USD annually, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Lead strategic business transformation and AI initiatives focused on growth, scale, and business resiliency.
• Drive complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and ambiguous business issues.
• Partner with NTAM leadership and cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope, roadmaps, milestones, OKRs, dependencies, and governance.
• Facilitate stakeholder discovery, design, and planning workshops to prioritize needs and solutions.
• Monitor execution, manage risks and escalations, and communicate progress to working groups, steering committees, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Partner with Digital Product, AI/Automation, Data and Technology, Risk, and Controls teams to develop technology and automated solutions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years independently leading teams delivering transformation initiatives.
• Strong program management, consulting, analytical, organizational, influencing, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end programs, change, and value delivery in matrixed organizations.
• Experience facilitating discovery, design, and planning workshops and using metrics to measure progress and success.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, project planning, and enterprise AI tools such as Co-Pilot and Claude.
• Bachelor’s degree required; applicants must already have U.S. work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience in asset management, wealth management, or asset servicing.
• Experience driving AI initiatives from discovery through enablement.
• MBA or PowerBI knowledge.
