Lead, Digital & Data Analytics (AI)

Location: Hybrid role in New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States of America

Salary: $94,000–$151,800 per year, plus eligibility for the company’s long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of AI, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation projects across Global Supply Chain Services.
• Apply AI, GenAI, Copilot, and automation tools to improve development, documentation, testing, user enablement, and solution quality.
• Manage initiatives from intake and requirements definition through implementation, adoption, documentation, and value realization.
• Drive project governance, planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, and delivery roadmaps across multiple concurrent projects.
• Build stakeholder alignment, communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences, and monitor outcomes through success metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Lead continuous improvement and lessons-learned activities to improve business processes and ways of working.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using multiple AI tools for reporting and analytics alongside other digital technologies.
• Experience with modern analytics and data platforms, including Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, Azure, APIs, or similar technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional digital, analytics, AI, and technology projects and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, data frameworks, and portfolio management practices.
• Proficiency in English, with strong written, verbal, storytelling, analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Python coding experience.
• End-to-end supply chain experience in a global or multi-divisional environment.
