Senior Associate, Informatics PM/BA

Location: Hybrid in Pearl River, New York, United States. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Relocation assistance may be available based on eligibility.

Annual base salary: $82,700–$137,900, plus eligibility for a 10% bonus target.

What you will do

• Translate laboratory and operational business needs into practical informatics and information-system solutions.
• Elicit, document, and maintain business and end-user requirements for new and enhanced systems.
• Coordinate initiatives through the SDLC, including design reviews, testing, validation readiness, deployment, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing, guide end users, document results, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Create and maintain validated-system documentation, including test scripts, SOPs, change controls, and requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings and collaborate with laboratory, quality, validation, business, and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• MS/MA in computer science, mathematics, biological science, or a related discipline with at least 1 year of industry experience; or BS/BA with at least 3 years of industry experience.
• Understanding of SDLC activities in a regulated or quality-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States by any employer is required.
• U.S. visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with validated systems in pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with LabWare LIMS, SAS, SQL, and basic programming concepts.
• Experience creating requirements, test scripts, traceability matrices, SOPs, or user guides.
• Experience collaborating across business, quality, laboratory, and technical organizations.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, with awareness of responsible AI practices.
