Lead Digital Project Manager (Data Engineering)

Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX, United States. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year

What you will do

• Manage projects from concept and prototype through pilot, implementation, and follow-up.
• Plan project execution, schedules, budgets, reporting, tracking, and resource delegation.
• Own, create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog according to business value.
• Communicate backlog priorities and product vision to Scrum and technical product management teams.
• Act as the key decision-maker for product features and lead timely change decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps is required.
• Knowledge of decision-making, organizational leadership, program management, change control, and problem management.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, connectivity, data ontology, annotation architecture, data quality, data lifecycle and storage, and digital traceability.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX, or relocate domestically; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of Confluence and Power BI.
