Business Change Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid at an hirify.global PulsePoint, with in-office attendance 1–2 days per week. Candidates must live within commuting distance of an office in California, New York, New Jersey, or Virginia.

Salary: $81,396–$154,224 per year for candidates working in California, New York, New Jersey, or Virginia.

What you will do

• Identify issues, define project charters and scopes, and support business transformation, AI, and digital initiatives.
• Develop business processes, workflows, operating models, and performance measurement approaches.
• Coordinate business, technology, vendor, Product, and Operations stakeholders through implementation, readiness, testing, deployment, and operational transition.
• Integrate people, processes, technology, and performance measurement across business functions.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses, operational impact assessments, and business performance evaluations.
• Build reporting, dashboards, governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• BA or BS in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of process- or project-related experience.
• Experience identifying stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional resources, and supporting business change.
• Ability to work in the required hybrid arrangement within commuting distance of an hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Experience managing projects with significant operating budgets and redesigning business processes.
• Experience with AI, digital transformation, project or program delivery, and operational readiness.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing, business performance measurement, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and Member or Provider Service operations.
