Product Manager (HVAC)

Location: Clearwater, Florida, United States; office-based role with occasional onsite application engineering support and offsite customer, competitor, supplier, and industry events

Starting base salary: $144,462–$178,453 annually, plus potential variable compensation tied to performance metrics.

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for product selection and application to internal and external customers.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap while prioritizing projects with cross-functional teams and business unit stakeholders.
• Resolve complex application and field challenges, negotiate solutions, and determine the need for application engineering support.
• Define product training themes, communicate product selling points, and support sales teams and customer channels.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, industry opportunities, pricing, sales forecasts, and alternative channels.
• Supervise and develop customer support and applications teams while managing department costs and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work in an office environment and perform sedentary computer- and phone-based duties.
