Location: Remote within Texas, preferably Dallas; Austin may also be considered. Residence within the assigned geographic region is required. Territory coverage includes Oklahoma and Texas. This is a field-based role with approximately 80% travel and requires onsite attendance at company facilities for training and meetings.
Salary: $187,000–$231,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead territory and ecosystem-level account strategies to support the launch and appropriate adoption of darovasertib in uveal melanoma.
- Build relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, community oncology providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare stakeholders.
- Translate complex clinical data, mechanisms of action, and product information into compliant educational discussions.
- Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks across the patient journey.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services to support complex accounts and patient access.
- Use analytics and performance data to prioritize accounts, deploy resources, and inform commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 5+ years in oncology sales.
- Proven success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the United States.
- Experience managing complex, high-impact academic and community oncology accounts.
- Strong scientific communication, strategic planning, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for oral oncolytics, plus willingness to travel overnight and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
Nice to have
- Experience in rare disease, orphan oncology, or highly specialized markets.
- Experience with first-in-class therapies and highly complex stakeholder environments.
