Analyst, Equity Solutions Group, Global Investment Banking (Equity Solutions)

Location: New York, NY; NY-New York, 300 Madison Ave Fl 8. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit.

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually for the New York, NY market, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional incentive compensation may be available.

What you will do

• Support equity and equity-linked underwriting and advisory transactions.
• Gain exposure to IPOs, convertibles and call spreads, cross-border transactions, stake acquisitions, and financings.
• Contribute to corporate equity derivatives and margin loan activities.
• Draft client and internal presentations and track equity and corporate derivative markets.
• Provide analytical, structuring, research, and transaction due diligence support to senior professionals.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Risk Management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business, economics, and/or finance through education and experience.
• Strong interest in financial markets and knowledge of equities, equity-linked securities, and derivatives.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, with an understanding of credit analysis and accounting principles.
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to contribute to high-performance teams, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work extended hours in a demanding, high-pressure environment.

• Experience in equity and equity-linked transactions.
• Understanding of corporate equity derivative concepts.
