What you will do

• Formulate new business proposals and develop company forecasts and valuations.
• Evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios and support public and private stock issuances.
• Contribute to all stages of transaction execution, including drafting sessions and due diligence meetings.
• Conduct research using primary data sources and identify information needed to analyze key themes and trends.
• Provide financial modeling input for business cases, costs, and growth schedules.
• Analyze complex financial and business issues and develop appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 13 months to 3 years of general work experience.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to interpret financial information and apply analytical processes to support decision-making.
• Ability to write and edit materials for different audiences.
