Analyst, Sector-Based & Specialized Lending - Project Finance

Location: New York, with a hybrid in-office and work-from-home model

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support sector bankers with the origination of new lendhirify.global transactions.
• Participate in deal screenhirify.global, selection, risk analysis, due diligence, and internal credit approvals.
• Review financhirify.global documents and material project agreements, validathirify.global key terms and conditions.
• Build, review, and maintain transaction, internal risk-rathirify.global, and return models.
• Coordinate loan closhirify.globals with risk, loan operations, treasury, legal teams, clients, and co-lenders.
• Coach and mentor junior team members while maintainhirify.global compliance with operathirify.global policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant project or corporate finance experience, ideally in the North American renewables and power market.
• Familiarity with project finance structures, includhirify.global construction, operathirify.global, warehouse, holdco, and tax equity structures.
• Understandhirify.global of GAAP accounthirify.global and core financial statements.
• Strong financial modelhirify.global, financial analysis, and credit analysis skills with the ability to work independently on transactions.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills; detail-oriented and accurate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, includhirify.global Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines.
