Investment Banking Analyst II/III (Capital Structure Advisory)

What you will do

• Formulate new business proposals, develop company forecasts and valuations, and evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios.
• Support public and private stock issuance by preparing transaction documents and materials.
• Participate in drafting sessions, new business proposals, due diligence meetings, and other stages of the transaction process.
• Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to identify market trends, assess opportunities, and support recommendations.
• Develop and amend investment models for senior colleagues and assigned portfolios.
• Manage relationships with small clients while supporting senior colleagues with larger client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance.
• 13 months to 3 years of general work experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, policies, procedures, regulations, and investment processes.
• Ability to analyze data, develop recommendations, create business cases, and assess costs, benefits, and return on investment.
• Ability to work independently, provide technical guidance, and manage priorities and schedules.
• Ability to work as a resident in New York, United States.
