Global Banking & Markets, Supervisory Risk & Controls, New York-Analyst

Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop an understanding of Capital Solutions Group business activities.
• Support the supervisory framework for CSG, including desk controls, monitoring, and supervisory tools.
• Define and implement controls for risk management, supervisor expectations, and escalation.
• Support governance processes for monitoring and oversight of covered controls.
• Build relationships with bankers, Compliance, Engineering, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Global Banking & Markets Public teams to promote consistency across the supervisory program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of banking activities such as financing, origination, structuring, or underwriting is preferred.
• Familiarity with securities markets, derivative products, and deal flows.
• Strong time management, project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and factual and influential communication.
