What you will do

• Formulate new business proposals and develop company forecasts and valuations.
• Evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios and support public and private stock issuance.
• Contribute to all stages of the transaction process, including drafting sessions and due diligence meetings.
• Analyze data from diverse sources to identify business themes, trends, relationships, and potential impacts.
• Provide financial modeling input for business cases, costs, and schedules.
• Prepare and edit materials for different target audiences and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 13 months to 3 years of general work experience.
• Ability to analyze trends and interpret financial information for business decision-making.
• Ability to apply analytical processes and procedures to support research schedules.
• Ability to evaluate complex solutions against business criteria.
