Client Project Manager 1 (Environmental Science)

Location: Mt Juliet, Tennessee, United States. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

What you will do

• Own environmental testing projects from client onboarding and sample collection through analysis, reporting, invoicing, and closeout.
• Train clients on products and services and configure accurate client profiles, pricing, and project information in LIMS.
• Build long-term client relationships, manage inquiries and escalations, and conduct regular satisfaction check-ins.
• Coordinate with laboratory departments, sales, operations, and clients to maintain timelines and resolve issues.
• Monitor client health, identify churn risks, and support retention, renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements while contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least two years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy and quality.
