Project Manager I (Environmental Testing)

Location: Tustin, California, United States; onsite at the Tustin laboratory

Salary: USD 70,304–75,000 per year, depending on experience

hirify.global provides analytical testing services across food, environmental, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and other life sciences domains. Eurofins Environment Testing supports public and private clients with environmental analysis of air, water, soil, sediment, tissue, and waste.

What you will do

• Coordinate client projects through laboratory setup, maintenance, login review, analysis, reporting, invoicing, and final delivery.
• Communicate client expectations, analytical issues, data concerns, and quality requirements with clients, Account Managers, Project Managers, and the Laboratory Director.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in the LIMS database.
• Coordinate bottle orders, client pickups, work-share facilities, invoices, and incoming work with laboratory staff and the Project Manager Assistant.
• Sign final reports, manage personal backlog, meet turnaround times, and support client satisfaction.
• Participate in department meetings, client visits, workflow improvements, and health and safety activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Client Services.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a science field with at least 12 units of chemistry and/or biology coursework.
• Basic technical understanding of laboratory operations, regulatory requirements, and method-specific requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, judgment, initiative, and documentation skills.
• Computer and office skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with possible weekends as needed.
