Client Project Manager 1 (Environmental Science)

Location: Mt Juliet, Tennessee, United States. Full-time onsite schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

What you will do

• Own environmental testing projects from sample collection and laboratory analysis through documentation, reporting, invoicing, and closeout.
• Onboard clients, provide product and service training, and accurately configure client profiles, pricing, and project details in LIMS.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, check-ins, escalations, status reporting, and satisfaction management.
• Coordinate with laboratory departments, sales, operations, and clients to maintain timelines and resolve project issues.
• Monitor client health, identify churn risks, and support retention, renewal, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements while contributing to process improvement and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least two years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong organization and time management skills for handling multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy and quality.
