Client Project Coordinator 1

Location: Onsite in Peoria, Illinois, United States; Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process and maintain project management forms, documents, databases, and related information.
• Coordinate client project needs with project management, sample receiving, and sample log-in teams.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager.
• Schedule and enter bottle orders based on client sample requirements.
• Review login dashboards and update project information and confirmations.
• Support budgets, timelines, staffing, materials, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and task-prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a lab and office setting and use standard office and laboratory equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
