What you will do

• Manage capital projects in accordance with the project management policy.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and construction activities with a strong emphasis on safety.
• Organize and drive utility project prioritization in Asheville, emphasizing sustainability.
• Support production capacity initiatives through automation and robotics.
• Apply an understanding of technical production processes to project work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; other disciplines may be accepted based on work experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years of capital project management experience or participation.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
