Senior Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Mehoopany Plant, Mehoopany, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

Company

Procter & Gamble manufactures consumer products, including Bounty, Charmin, and Bounty Napkins, at its high-volume, highly automated Mehoopany site.

What you will do

• Lead capital projects from scope development through design, execution, startup, and operational handoff.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, spend forecasting, tracking, and change control.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, equipment suppliers, and cross-functional project teams.
• Communicate project status and priorities to project teams and site leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, performance, and project reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
• Experience with project planning, execution, capital management, and risk management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume, highly automated manufacturing.
• Background in process, making, converting, or packaging operations.
• Experience with automation, manufacturing technology, or equipment integration.
• Experience managing medium-to-large capital projects.
• Familiarity with startup, commissioning, and operational handoff processes.
