Global Product Pricing Manager

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home

Base salary: $87,000–$148,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Other ranges apply to Washington, D.C., New York, and California.

What you will do

• Lead complex pricing analyses for assigned investment product lines, regions, and distribution channels.
• Design scenario models, client segmentation analyses, and competitor pricing assessments.
• Partner with distribution, product, investment, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders.
• Develop pricing recommendation materials, including executive memos and supporting analyses.
• Support approval and delegation processes for moderately complex pricing decisions.
• Contribute to pricing governance, process improvements, analytical frameworks, and decision tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to translate market, competitor, and client analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, attention-to-detail, and independent execution skills.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Morningstar and eVestment for competitor and market analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced degree or progress toward a CFA, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
