Pricing Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Remote-USA; travel as needed, less than 5%

Salary: $84,900–$108,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop competitive pricing strategies and deal-level profit and loss analyses for core lines of business and supporting solutions.
• Prepare pricing proposals, financial analyses, pro forma models, presentations, and incentive recommendations for renewals and new sales.
• Advise Sales, Client Growth Management, Business Development, Product, Finance, and senior management on pricing, margins, and customer product mix objectives.
• Analyze competitor pricing trends and develop, test, and launch new pricing constructs.
• Manage pricing processes, approvals, workflow queues, published pricing updates, and historical pricing information.
• Mentor and cross-train Pricing Analysts while supporting payment, network, bill pay, contact center, and Zelle solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Seven years of business experience in finance or pricing, including at least four years of related financial analysis and complex financial modeling or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of pricing theory, economics, pricing analysis, financial model development, database software, data mining, and information extraction.
• Experience creating and presenting strategic recommendations to senior-level management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with credit unions and banks.
• Applicants must be based in the United States; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a business discipline or related certification such as CPA, CMA, or CPCA.
• Payment industry experience and familiarity with sales automation software.
• Experience with Configure, Price, and Quote tools, especially Deal HUB, and CRM software such as Salesforce.
