Pricing Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid position based in the San Francisco, California office; travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $104,900–$163,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and evaluate opportunities that can increase hirify.global revenue.
• Develop pricing models and deal constructs for acceptance agreements with merchants and payment service providers.
• Manage deal lifecycle activities, including business cases, stakeholder impact assessments, management approvals, contract negotiation support, and post-execution operations.
• Collaborate with product, finance, legal, sales, and other cross-functional teams on strategic deals and initiatives.
• Build business landscape knowledge and communicate clear recommendations to leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an advanced degree.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project workstreams and synthesize large datasets across varied business problems.
• Ability to work independently in complex and ambiguous environments and develop fact-based recommendations for senior management.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build support for recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SQL experience.
