Group Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Commercial Lending, Trade and Government Programs.
• Manage and monitor key business metrics to support growth and client profitability.
• Lead pricing and revenue enhancement initiatives, including objectives, priorities, and campaign management.
• Empower frontline teams and improve product processes and systems to optimize revenue.
• Coordinate complex strategic initiatives across a matrix organization and work with Marketing, business lines, partners, and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business planning, business model development, and pricing best practices.
• Strong product management, strategic planning, and project management experience, preferably in financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of Commercial Lending, Trade, and Government Programs products.
• Ability to analyze complex information, identify trends, and develop recommendations with minimal direction.
• Well-developed leadership, change management, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
