VP Product Officer - Commercial Technology Services (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, or Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, portfolio strategy, and AI-first roadmap for commercial technology services.
• Lead, mentor, and scale multiple Product Management teams while strengthening collaboration across Data, AI, and Software Engineering.
• Prioritize and manage the lifecycle of the commercial product portfolio through the Features, Enhancements, Defects framework.
• Oversee proprietary platforms that improve workflows, insights, and client engagement for sales and services professionals.
• Identify opportunities for intelligence, automation, and agentic workflows using Google Cloud, Gemini, predictive analytics, and LLMs.
• Partner with senior business leaders, drive product adoption, and establish KPIs and telemetry to measure outcomes and ROI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles such as VP, Head of Product, or CPO.
• Experience managing multiple product teams and building enterprise-grade proprietary B2B software products.
• Demonstrated ability to productize AI, machine learning, or advanced data analytics for measurable business outcomes.
• Strong technical background, preferably with experience using Google technology ecosystems.
• Exceptional leadership, recruitment, team development, executive communication, and presentation skills.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
