Senior Product Manager, Checkout (Fintech)

Location: Remote Canada

Base pay: $153,000–$213,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Own the checkout experience for selecting and reviewing consumer terms and payments.
• Design and run experiments to improve understanding, choice, conversion, and confidence at checkout.
• Define and ship UX patterns using research insights, quantitative data, and collaboration with design and analytics.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory requirements affecting the user experience.
• Work with international product partners to expand the terms experience into new markets while maintaining a coherent design system.
• Build the product roadmap, align cross-functional partners, and drive execution from discovery through launch and iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong understanding of clear, considered, and effective user experiences.
• Analytical rigor, including experience interpreting experiment results and combining qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Strong execution skills, initiative, ownership, and attention to quality.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, engineering, analytics, research, Legal, and Compliance.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated coachability.

• Experience with checkout, e-commerce, or fintech products.
