Senior Conveyance Project Manager (Pipeline and Pump Station Projects)

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and monitor conveyance, pipeline, pump station, and asset management projects.
• Lead engineering and process design, prepare specifications and reports, and oversee equipment sizing and selection.
• Coordinate project staffing, workload, schedules, budgets, design development, and contract documents across multiple concurrent projects.
• Build client relationships and lead marketing, contractual, design, production, and project review meetings.
• Support business development through client interaction, proposal development, and professional society participation.
• Implement QA/QC procedures, train personnel, mentor less-experienced project managers, and support recruitment and hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project management.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the position location, such as PE or P.Eng.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to participating in an employee-owned culture.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• 20 years of experience in planning, design, project engineering, project management, and construction of pump station and pipeline projects.
• Experience with large-scale pump station and pipeline projects, condition assessment, design, and rehabilitation.
• Hydraulic modeling software experience.
• Strong business development and strategic planning skills.
