Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager (Cost) (Data Center)

Location: Franklin Furnace, Ohio, with approximately 4–5 days per week onsite, subject to client needs.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The package may also include bonuses, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Independently manage full project scopes while supporting components of other projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Manage project risks, contingency plans, and schedule and budget recovery plans.
• Represent the client’s vision and maintain relationships with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage invoicing and collections and identify add-services opportunities.
• Gather requirements, assess needs, and resolve complex project challenges and conflicts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction project management experience and a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of construction cost management experience.
• 2+ years managing critical-environment construction projects such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• Experience with MEP in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
