Senior Technical Project Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Denver, Colorado; 3 days in-office and 2 days flexible. Travel of up to 20% is expected.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 base salary plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level, multi-workstream technical programs across North America Operations.
• Define program architecture, sequencing strategies, dependency alignment, governance frameworks, and integration gates.
• Evaluate interdependencies, anticipate scaling and reliability risks, and define readiness and mitigation strategies.
• Resolve high-impact cross-functional conflicts and align senior operational and technical stakeholders.
• Present executive-ready updates and recommendations covering systemic risk, operational impact, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Improve TPM standards and delivery maturity while mentoring Technical Program Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8–14+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
• Experience managing enterprise initiatives with intersecting workstreams, dependencies, and systemic integration challenges.
• Experience influencing senior operational and technical stakeholders without direct authority.
• Advanced systems thinking, execution architecture, sequencing, risk mitigation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and establish structure for complex initiatives.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in Engineering.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure models and operational reliability frameworks.
• Experience supporting automation-enabled or AI-driven operational environments.
