Location: Denver, Colorado, US; candidates must currently be located in Colorado. Hybrid and remote work flexibility is available within Colorado.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annual; compensation is also described as $110,000+ depending on experience.

What you will do

• Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters from preparation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis and develop case strategies.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other legal documents.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, claims professionals, and other parties.
• Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and accurate billing practices while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Bar license required.
• Must currently be located in Colorado.
• 2–4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong case management, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and sound legal judgment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a legal team.

Nice to have

• Workers’ compensation, insurance defense, or related litigation experience.
• Experience with hearings, depositions, and court proceedings.
