Manager - Legal & Compliance Technology & Process

What you will do

• Coordinate monitoring of regulatory changes affecting AI, cybersecurity, and data protection, and assess potential business impact.
• Support AI governance, data and information management initiatives, meeting coordination, decision logs, action tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Define automation and agent-enabled use cases, structure knowledge sources, test workflows, and coordinate feedback.
• Map, document, and improve Legal and Compliance processes covering vendor security reviews, contract workflows, NPI support, and governance.
• Define metrics, dashboards, trackers, issue logs, and management-ready reports covering workload, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Configure Legal and Compliance technology tools and support risk assessments and audit readiness through evidence trails, control information, and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, data analytics, audit, business systems, information management, process improvement, compliance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of total experience, including at least 3 years in process improvement, technology-enabled operations, compliance technology, audit, analytics, workflow management, or related roles.
• Strong process-mapping, documentation, analytical, and data-organization skills across systems, repositories, trackers, and databases.
• Experience defining metrics, dashboards, reports, issue logs, controls, handoffs, requirements, and blocking issue points.
• Familiarity with workflow, collaboration, knowledge management, AI-enabled, automation, or governance platforms.
• Strong program management skills and the ability to translate Legal and Compliance needs into practical process, data, and technology requirements.
