Technical Program Manager III (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and maintain project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, budgets, and risks.
• Lead product requirements and scope gathering across multiple teams and business functions.
• Establish delivery plans, negotiate priorities, and resolve strategic issues affecting schedules.
• Monitor project execution and develop recovery strategies for programs that deviate from plan.
• Provide data analytics, cost reporting, executive presentations, and program governance support.
• Run program meetings, conduct retrospectives, and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology companies or technical domains, or 4+ years with a master’s degree.
• BSEE, BSCS, or another engineering technology degree.
• Experience managing geographically distributed project teams and concurrent software development environments.
• Experience with project management processes, strategies, methods, and work-breakdown scheduling.
• Ability to use Waterfall or Agile methodologies for software and hardware projects.
• Strong communication, leadership-through-influence, analytical, organizational, conflict management, and risk management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification and experience managing projects to successful completion.
• Agile ScrumMaster certification such as CSM, A-CSM, or CSP-SM.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• Technology product development experience.
