Program Manager, Product Legal (AI)

Location: Bellevue, Washington; Boston, Massachusetts; Seattle, Washington; or Washington, D.C., United States

Salary: $109,400–$150,350 USD per year, with potential annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive execution of the Product Legal Program, tracking compliance rollouts, regulatory updates, workstreams, and stakeholder deadlines.
• Design and optimize Jira workflows and automations for routing and tracking incoming legal requests.
• Help build, maintain, and deploy AI tools, agents, and prompts using tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Collect and analyze operational metrics and maintain dashboards covering ticket volumes, product reviews, and compliance risks.
• Streamline legal advice delivery to engineering and product teams by translating legal requirements into repeatable plans and automated guardrails.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement workflow or technical improvements as the organization scales.

Requirements

• Program management or paralegal experience in a fast-paced in-house technology company or major technology-focused law firm.
• Familiarity with legal concepts and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with, or strong interest in, AI productivity and coding tools, prompt engineering, workflow analytics, and Jira.
• Strong autonomy, accountability, project management, and compliance management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to work with senior legal counsel and engineering and product stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent practical operational experience.
