Technical Project/Program Management (Manufacturing): Coordinating project plans, schedules, configurations, shipments, and cost and quality tracking for semiconductor manufacturing equipment with an accent on BOM management, ERP systems, and cross-functional operations. Focus on managing system configuration changes, coordinating manufacturing and logistics activities, and resolving project execution issues across sales orders, production, and shipment.

What you will do
- Prepare project plans, coordinate activities, and maintain process-improvement matrices.
- Coordinate schedules, task details, reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduled project updates.
- Track project costs, schedules, quality metrics, and progress against objectives for internal and external customers.
- Manage system configuration, BOM updates, ECM, ECR, and CCR-related activities with operations and configuration engineering.
- Coordinate activities from sales order creation through system shipment, including RCTD dates, shipping systems, ESW implementations, and delivery notes.
- Work with manufacturing operations, logistics, production control planners, suppliers, internal customers, and project managers.
Requirements
- BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or an engineering environment.
- Experience with BOM management and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of ECM, ECR, CCR, product structures, and configuration concepts.
Nice to have
- Experience with Teamcenter (TcE).
- Experience with UG NX.
