Non-Technical Project/Program Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Bangalore, India. Relocation eligibility is available. Travel is required for approximately 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Deliver assigned projects and programs according to product and process specifications, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development activities and transfer relevant information to other functional areas.
• Manage material and financial resources effectively and coordinate with staff to maximize project and program productivity.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and incorporate new processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.
• Ensure compliance with policies covering engineering and laboratory notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.

Requirements

• Depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend practices that improve products, processes, or services.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, and complexity.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, judgment, and ability to identify innovative solutions.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in environments that may require extended standing, physical movement, hand and power tools, and use of cleanroom personal protective equipment.
