Senior Manager, R&D Applications & Systems (PLM)

Location: Hybrid role based in Raynham, Massachusetts, United States; other listed posting locations include Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Salary: $137,000–$235,750 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Define and execute global PLM, ALM, and CAD product and platform strategy for R&D and enterprise IT.
• Lead PLM development and deployment initiatives, including the Agile-to-Windchill transformation.
• Own roadmaps, backlogs, release planning, budgets, KPIs, and acceptance of delivered value.
• Establish master data models, governance, stewardship, data quality controls, and remediation workflows.
• Govern integrations across PLM, Quality, Regulatory, ERP, Manufacturing, and analytics systems to ensure traceability.
• Lead product teams, vendors, stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, application portfolio management, or R&D technology roles, including people leadership.
• Experience leading Windchill or equivalent PLM platforms and large-scale technology programs.
• Experience integrating PLM with Quality, Regulatory, ERP, Manufacturing, and analytics systems.
• Strong background in master data management, governance frameworks, and data quality practices.
• Experience delivering validated systems in regulated R&D environments and partnering with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Medical technology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of ALM and CAD tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, and PLM-ALM integrations.
• Experience with analytics platforms, cloud architectures, and master data tooling.
• Advanced degree and proven change leadership experience.
