Senior Manager, Product Lifecycle Management (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States

Annual salary: $125,000–$175,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage PLM functions, systems, workflows, and staff across the Acute Care Technology division.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration on PLM processes, business requirements, process improvements, and system changes.
• Lead and mentor change analyst managers, PLM administrators, and CAD leads across multiple locations and time zones.
• Train and support employees on change control requirements and PLM system capabilities.
• Define team goals and KPIs, coach employees, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead configuration, change control, QMS compliance, audit support, product documentation, and item master data management in PLM and Oracle ERP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, regulatory, or product development within the medical device industry.
• Experience managing teams; 5+ years and management of managers are preferred.
• Direct experience with product lifecycle management systems and processes.
• Experience managing and improving business processes.
• Knowledge of PLM and Oracle ERP systems, configuration and change control, part numbering, BOM structuring, and FDA current good manufacturing practices.

• Experience managing managers.
• Experience developing tools for KPI creation and management.
