FI/CO Technical Product Manager (SAP)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America; hybrid work arrangement with 10–20% occasional business travel.

Salary: $102,000–$175,950 per year.

What you will do

• Lead analysis, solution design, development, integration, and continuous improvement across the BEACON SAP ecosystem.
• Translate finance and business challenges into scalable technology solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Provide functional and technical leadership to development teams across the solution lifecycle.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, test strategies, documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate integrated systems and applications while managing timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, enterprise technology, and global business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced education is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in SAP Finance implementations, solution architecture, systems integration, or related enterprise technology roles.
• Deep SAP Finance (FI) expertise with working knowledge of MM, PS, and HR modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA integration, SAP implementation methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Knowledge of ABAP Objects, SAP HANA SQL, APIs, web services, SAP and non-SAP integrations, security concepts, and authorization controls.
• Fluent English and the ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting large global finance organizations and presenting solutions to executive stakeholders and technical architects.
