Engineering Manager - Change Parts (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead a small engineering team designing and manufacturing bottle-handling change parts and other components for FOGG equipment.
• Review production schedules, assign priorities, and monitor workflow for capital, aftermarket, and warranty work.
• Conduct design reviews before orders and projects are released to production.
• Manage, review, and approve engineering changes in the Fogg ERP system.
• Coordinate with the plant manager, aftermarket parts team, LCM, service teams, and other departments to resolve manufacturing and customer requirements.
• Support service teams installing bottle-handling change parts in the field and occasionally travel to customer locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of engineering and basic leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent software preferred.
• Manual dexterity, computer skills, and knowledge of word processing, data analysis, and spreadsheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
