IT Project Manager (Finance)

Location: On site in Richfield, Ohio, United States

Salary: USD $91,800–$204,100 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives across retail and retirement web technology.
• Plan and deliver complex technology solutions, application development, systems integration, operational improvements, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate interdependencies across multiple Scrum teams and organizations while executing project roadmaps.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, design, development, QA, operations, governance, legal, and vendor stakeholders.
• Translate complex information into actionable insights, negotiate trade-offs, resolve conflicts, and communicate with executives and project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, oversee project teams, forecast progress using Agile metrics, and remove delivery roadblocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Current experience with Schwab systems and processes.
• 8+ years of project management experience with multiple large, complex, cross-functional projects in product development, systems, or technical environments.
• 5+ years of experience with project management tools and artifacts, including MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, budgets, change requests, and status reports.
• Experience using AI tools to improve project management capabilities and proven experience with Agile/Scrum and software development methodologies.
• Ability to motivate teams, build stakeholder trust, resolve conflicts, deliver difficult messages, and establish and execute complex projects.

Nice to have

• Financial industry experience.
• Experience in a scaled Agile environment.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
