Senior Technology Project Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to three days per week from home

Base salary: $132,205–$161,500 per year for the Maryland location, plus potential discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Support strategic technology initiatives using Waterfall, Lean, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Plan and manage complex technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
• Coordinate business subject matter experts and engineers to ensure appropriate staffing and resources.
• Train and coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and principles.
• Help teams deliver platform and product value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical experience in the financial services industry.
• 5+ years of technology project management experience leading teams and using collaboration tools such as Microsoft tools.
• 5+ years of experience with Lean-Agile methodologies and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
