Salary: $65,892–$89,148 per year

What you will do

• Conduct structural analyses and develop design options or recommendations.
• Assist with cost estimates and specifications for structural engineering projects.
• Perform routine engineering assignments using standard techniques and procedures.
• Work independently on small projects or support senior engineers on larger projects.
• Provide direction to clerical and technical personnel as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and structural design software such as AutoCAD, RISA, STAAD, SAP, TEDDS, RAM, ETABS, or SAFE.
• An active commitment to participating in an employee-owned culture.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• EIT certification. Candidates without EIT may be hired as Structural Designers and expected to obtain it for career progression.
